Surfing on Sine Waves

Now playing: Surfing on Sine Waves, by Polygon Window, better known as Aphex Twin.

This guy has such a strange sense of timing combined with an intimidating command of technology and melody. "Polygon Window" alone is worth the price of the CD.

absolutely love that album. "polygon window" is indeed an amazing track, but i think it's a close second to "quixote" in my book.

I listened to both tracks multiple times yesterday, and while I see why you like "Quixote" more - who else could come up with those strange sounds that work oh so well? - the beat pounds too much for me, dropping it a bit behind PW. (Too much Attack?) I just love the ebb and flow of PW - I can feel myself dancing to it, and, as i've rediscovered recently, the more music inspires you to dance - in whatever form - the better it is.
